Aragona Restaurant

This spot in the south section of the Pike Place Market has been a destination on the Seattle food map since its original opening years ago as Rosellini’s, and has since seen numerous iterations from Tropical tiki bar to Thai cuisine. Each left an ecclectic remnant of interior transformation. The space was gutted and cleared of its maze-like circulation and extraneous level changes in an already multi-level space. The vision for contemporary Spanish cuisine using regional flavors of the northwest also inspired a new look and feel to complement the food, which features classic repetoire with a bold contemporary twist.
